This type of method needs to be designed in conjunction with the woven structure of industrial fabrics (such as plain weave, twill weave, satin weave) to ensure that the weaving rules are compatible with the interlacing rules of warp yarns, and to avoid interference between warp yarns during the weaving process.

1. Straight passage method (through passage method)

Operation method: Thread the warp yarns into the reed teeth in the order they are arranged on the loom (such as warp yarn numbers 1, 2, 3, 4...), without changing the original arrangement logic of the warp yarns. This is the most basic way of threading the reed.

Applicable scenarios: Suitable for industrial fabrics with simple organization and no special grouping of warp yarns, such as ordinary plain weave filter cloth and polypropylene geotextile.

Advantages: Simple operation, less prone to errors, high production efficiency, suitable for large-scale mass production;

Disadvantage: Unable to meet the needs of warp yarn organization and manufacturing, with strong limitations.

2. Flying through method (jumping through method)

Operation method: According to the requirements of warp yarn organization, skip some of the warp teeth and thread them into the warp yarn, or change the order of warp yarn threading (such as warp yarn 1 threading through warp teeth 1, warp yarn 2 threading through warp teeth 3, warp yarn 3 threading through warp teeth 2), to achieve a special arrangement of warp yarn.

Applicable scenarios: Suitable for industrial fabrics with clear warp yarn grouping and special structures, such as jacquard conveyor belt base fabric (requiring specific patterns to enhance anti slip properties) and multi-purpose composite industrial fabrics.

Core impact:

Advantages: It can flexibly achieve complex arrangement of warp yarns, meeting the special functional requirements of industrial fabrics (such as anti slip and zoning functions);

Disadvantage: The operation is difficult and requires precise control of the reed threading sequence, which can lead to weaving defects caused by threading errors, and the production efficiency is lower than that of the straight threading method.
