Airbag cushion cloth is an auxiliary cushion cloth used in the lamination process of producing safety airbag cloth. Although this product is an auxiliary product, there are corresponding requirements for its internal physical properties such as stiffness, dynamic and static permeability, heat resistance, toughness, dimensional stability, tear strength, aging resistance and folding resistance.

The key and difficult points in production, due to the excessive length of the coil, require extremely high stability of the production equipment.

The production of airbag cushion cloth needs to go through eight major processes to become a finished product, namely: raw silk, raw fabric, refining, heat fixation, non coated raw materials, silicone coating, heat stability treatment, coated fabrics. Before reaching the process, strict control of production raw materials is required, which is related to whether the final product is qualified. For example, when adding silicone during heat fixation treatment, special attention should be paid. The production process is shown in the following figure:
